Manara is an independent app and website development studio based in Kuwait. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It applies to this website only. Any project we deliver for a client is governed by a separate written agreement, not by this policy.

The only personal information we actively collect is what you choose to send through our contact form: your name, your email address, and the message you write.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect any payment information on this website.

The contact form includes a hidden anti-spam field. If it is completed — which only automated bots do — the submission is silently discarded.

We use your name, email, and message for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising or to build profiles about you.

When you submit the form, your message is delivered to us by email through Resend, an email-delivery provider. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website; they reach our inbox and are kept there as ordinary business correspondence.

This website is hosted on Vercel. As with most modern hosting, your request may be processed on servers located outside Kuwait.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we run no third-party analytics on this website.

Your language and light or dark theme preferences are remembered in your browser (and, for language, a single functional cookie) so the site behaves the way you left it. These are used only to make the site work — nothing more.

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence, after which they may be deleted.

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details and message you sent, at any time, by contacting us. Because we only hold what you sent by email, we can act on such a request easily.

You are always in control of the form: if you would rather not share your details, simply don't submit it and reach us another way.

This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date above shows the current version, and any material change will be posted on this page.
