Frequently asked questions
How much does a project cost?
Every project is scoped individually. After a short, free discovery call, we send a clear fixed-price quote in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), broken into milestones — so you know the full cost before we start. No hidden fees, no surprise currency conversions.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope, but a typical website launches in a few weeks and an app in a couple of months. We agree on a timeline with clear milestones up front and keep you updated at every step.
Do you build in Arabic and English?
Yes — both, from day one. We design right-to-left properly, not just translated text, so your Arabic customers get the same polished experience as your English ones.
Can my customers pay online with KNET?
Yes. We integrate KNET — the method most of Kuwait uses — along with cards and Apple Pay, through local providers like MyFatoorah or Tap. (Not Stripe, which isn't available in Kuwait.)
Who owns the code and the design?
You do. Once the project is paid in full, all the code, design, and content are yours to keep — source included. You're never locked in.
What if I only have an idea, not a full plan?
That's fine — most clients start there. The discovery step exists precisely to turn a rough idea into a clear, agreed scope before any building begins.
What if I'm not happy with the design?
You approve the design before we build anything. We work in stages and don't move forward until you've signed off on each one — and we refine the design with you until it's right. There are no surprises at the end.
What happens after we launch — do you offer support?
Every project includes 14 days of free support after launch to fix anything that isn't working as agreed. After that, we're glad to keep helping — just tell us what you need.
How does payment work — do I pay everything upfront?
No. We split payment across milestones as the work is delivered, so you never pay for something that hasn't happened yet. The exact split is agreed in your quote before we start.
